breaking changes to all bit manipulation intrinsics 
* `@clz`, `@ctz`, `@popCount`, `@bswap`, `@bitreverse` now
   have a type parameter
 * rename @bitreverse to @bitReverse
 * rename @bswap to @byteSwap
